This opening is for an Administrative Aid within the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) Administration Office, in Carson City NV. This is the receptionist position for the Agency. Administrative Aid performs a variety of clerical, secretarial and Administrative support duties. This position is responsible for greeting visitors and providing them access into the building, answering the Agency's main telephone lines, answering general questions and transferring calls to the appropriate office, such as the DHCFP District Offices, Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS) and other appropriate units and/or staff.This position opens, date stamps and distributes all of the Division's mail to the appropriate units. This position also assists the Executive Staff with copying, faxing, filling of Medicaid documents and other duties as assigned. This position requires fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
