The Role:

Responsibilities:
Read and Interpret Plans: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements and scope.
Crew Management: Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
Cost Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying and addressing any deviations.
Client Communication: Attend meetings with clients, project stakeholders, and upper management to communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure customer needs are met.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges, finding creative solutions to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: A demonstrated track record in project management within the excavation or erosion control industry.
Plan Reading Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Cost Management: Experience tracking project costs and budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
