Job Description:
Work with management preparing landscape bids (mainly commercial), order and scheduling of landscape materials, supplies, utilize take-off software for bid and job preparation, communicate with clients, attend pre-bid job walks, job site progress meetings, read and understand landscape and construction plans, prepare various job documents, be a self-starter, work independently, attention to detail and listening skills, team player.
Duties will include:
Assist with preparing landscape bids (mainly commercial).
Crew and job management.
OSHA knowledge and safety enforcement (OSHA 30 card a plus)
Knowledge of landscape materials, supplies, and requirements.
Exposure and understanding of reading various phases of construction bid and plan documents.
Utilize take-off software for plan material requirements verification.
Communicate with clients, attend pre-bid job walks.
Qualities required for this position:
A self-starter, working independently, with listening skills.
Outstanding work ethic.
Accuracy and Attention to detail.
Foresight in job planning and management.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office fluent, CAD and take-off software a plus.
Valid/Clean Nevada Driver’s License.
