BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Hello! We're Prep Expert and we’ve made it our mission to help students get into the college of their dreams by improving their SAT & ACT test scores. We're looking for an amazing Customer Experience Representative who's genuinely excited to help leads select the best course for them and customers with technical issues. This position is a part-time role (approximately 24 hours/week) that requires weekend/holiday availability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule: Mondays 9 am - 5 pm Pacific, Saturdays & Sundays 8 am - 5 pm Pacific
- Answer and record all customer service and sales calls, emails, and chats
- Use HubSpot (our CRM) to contact and manage inquiries (parents and students) and track various goals as outlined by management
- Report to the Senior Director of Customer Experience weekly for tasks and/or work outside of standard position expectations

- Must have excellent communication skills, previous customer service and sales experience, and the ability to use several operational platforms
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, and HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of standardized tests and test preparation
COMPENSATION
-$18/hour
