We're looking for additional members for our Customer Service Team to start as soon as possible. No extensive experience required, training will be conducted by Team Manager.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Intake and recording of orders of medical equipment
- Communicating with customers via phone call on questions or concerns regarding products and services
Technical Requirements:
- Must have graduated high school or earned a GED
- Background in medical field and/or knowledge on DME preferred
Important Qualities & Skills:
- Trainable and attentive, team player
- Good communicator, able to promptly report issues to team manager when necessary
- Able to operate Microsoft programs such as Excel
