Customer Service Representative

Medium size law firm is looking for the right person as a Customer Service Representative for a law Firm in Henderson, Nevada. The position is primarily taking calls, processing documents, monitoring software screens and filing. Applicant must be a proficient typist of at least 45+ words per minute, have good communication skills and be able to spell and obtain information from the callers to relay to the attorneys via the customer service screen. The individual must have excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to obtain and relay factual information pertaining the customer's needs. Attention to detail in following policies and procedures is necessary in this position. Law firm experience is preferred but not required. Applicant must have experience with Microsoft Outlook. FULL BENEFITS including health, dental, vision, life, vacation, sick, 401K. Starting salary $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience.
