Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and reliable Customer Care Representative, for our Henderson facility. The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Care/Call Center skills with experience in both. Someone who enjoys being on the phone and helping our tech specialists and customers schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree, or work equivalent
Ability to maintain composure on difficult calls with customers
Comfortable using Mac computers
Experience working with customer support and/or service
Attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Documentation skills

Ability to multi-task
Highly Organized
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with our tech and collecting pertinent information
Maintains customer records by updating information immediately
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and routing customer complaints for resolution
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
$18.00-20.00 per hour to start. New employee evaluations after 90 days.
This is not a remote position. You must have a valid driver’s and be able to pass a background test.
