About the Role
This role goes beyond traditional kitchen work. As the Operations Sous Chef, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of our production system—from logistics and execution to packaging and labeling. Leadership and character are critical to success in this role. We hold integrity in the highest regard and require individuals of strong moral character who lead by example.
