Juche Sous Chef
$55k Salary
Shifts Required : 2pm - 12:30am
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Work directly with chef / owner every shift
Juche Staff is a close 3 person kitchen team which requires open and clear communication and depending on one another.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain rigorous cleaning schedule
Maintain pars
Maintain prep needs
Being ready working the line for service
Assist with menu development
Guaranteed 3 days off a week

We are looking for someone that would not only be part of our small team, but gets the recognition they deserve for being a key part of our team. Someone that wants to work side by side with the chef-owner every shift to help maintain, improve, & create new items for our menu. We have a very small staff. The administrative responsibilities are not the focus - This role is dedicated to preparing and executing high level modern Korean American cuisine.
