Well established, independent, locally owned, from-scratch cuisine, Neighborhood Bistro is searching for a Sous Chef/Chef De Cuisine.
This is an opportunity to have creative freedom while working with long term staff, all while taking an "Ownership Level of Management" approach to the position.
Quality sourced ingredients, beautiful, clean, functional kitchen and working environment. Including all of the tools needed to be successful. Loyal customer base. 5 day work week. No late nights as this is not a bar.
Seeking someone with a true desire to move menu forward while continuing the consistency of existing menu staples.
Ownership is present to provide support and feedback as needed.
Salary $50-$65,000
