Your Role

Key components of this internship will be logistics management and transportation coordination. This intern will b responsible for completing accurate pricing on new opportunities brought by the Sales team. This role will also work closely with the Business Analytics team to support and complete weekly, and ad-hoc reporting. The person in this role will need to be a team player, dedicated to the customer, passionate about our industry, and disciplined to do what it takes to get the job done.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Practical experience on relevant projects while working with designated mentors

In-house training

Partner with mentors on strategic projects to innovate and support growth of logistics capabilities for RPM

Drive cost and service improvement initiatives through optimization of RPM’s logistics network

Support key initiatives already in flight within logistics

Work on real accounts and provide support to our sales teams. No two days are alike.

Contribute to RPM by providing feedback on real situations.

Group activities – (both logistics and non-logistics related)

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor’s degree

Team player

Highly motivated and focused

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
