Your Role

The Operations team integral to our continued success and mission to remove the complexity from logistics. You need to be a team player, dedicated to your customer, passionate about our industry, and disciplined to do what it takes to get the job done. If you are energized by overcoming challenges from both clients and carriers and by building lasting relationships, customer operations might be the match for you!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Practical experience on relevant projects while working with designated mentors

In-house training program

Partner with mentors on strategic projects to innovate and support growth of logistics capabilities for RPM

Support key initiatives already in flight within logistics

Contribute to RPM by providing feedback on real situations

Being tasked by your mentor to present a final project to our Leadership Team. We want to hear from you!

Group activities – (both logistics and non-logistics related)

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor’s degree

Team player

Highly motivated and focused

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Onsite in Royal Oak, MI
