We’re looking for a Sr. Manager of Commercial Master Data Management (MDM) to lead how we manage critical business data, especially for commercial field entities like healthcare providers, institutions, and accounts.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of customer and account data in alignment with business rules and compliance standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Market Access, and Commercial Operations, you will support field effectiveness, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Field Operations within the Customer Experience Insights & Operations (CxI&O) team for North America.This is a high-impact role where your work will directly support how we engage with the market and deliver value to patients.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and maintenance of master data for commercial entities (e.g., HCPs, HCOs, accounts), ensuring it’s clean, complete, and aligned with business needs.Define and enforce rules for how customer and account data should be structured, validated, and used across systems.Ensure field teams have access to accurate customer data to support targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.Establish and uphold data governance practices that ensure consistency, compliance, and accountability across teams.Partner with Sales, Insights, Market Access, and IT to understand data needs and improve how data flows across the organization.Ensure data is structured in a way that supports reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.Help teams understand how to use and maintain data effectively and provide guidance on best practices.
