Director, Market Access Pricing and Operations

We are seeking a Director, Market Access Pricing and Operations to join our US Market Access Team. This role is responsible for the operational components of trade and channel distribution, contracting, and pricing. You will collaborate with various departments, including Field Access, Brand Marketing, Commercial Insights and Operations, Compliance, Supply Chain, QA, Legal, and Finance, to support the organization in meeting its access, pricing, contracting, and operational objectives across various therapeutic areasWhat You'll DoDevelop and analyze models to support forecasting, Gross to Net (GTN), government and commercial pricing, and concession strategiesCollaborate with State Transparency Vendor to ensure compliance with all price reporting obligationsSupport Market Access Team and Legal in drafting, reviewing, and executing contractsManage day-to-day interactions and operations with 3PL distribution partner in the USLead projects/initiatives addressing changing customer and market requirements
