Responsibilities and Duties

-Work with developers or test engineers on analyzing, replicating and testing reported bugs

-Work independently and with senior engineers on supporting customer base

-Communicate over the phone and through the help desk in order to resolve customers technical issues or concerns

-Telecommunications and network infrastructure emulation

Qualifications and Skills

-Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI, DNS, HTTP, DNS)

-Knowledge of real-time communication protocols such as SIP, H264, RTP and other VoIP protocols is a plus

-Detail-oriented and proactive”able to build personal knowledge of unfamiliar concepts and independently learn the product line with minimal supervision

-Experience in the tech or related telecommunications industry

-Highly experienced with fast paced customer service or call center environments

-Proficient in written and verbal communication
