Our client, a university in Boston is seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to join their team! This role is full time Monday through Friday, onsite in Boston, temporary for the next 3+ months, and is compensating up to $26/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!Job Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Academic Operations to develop and support program-related correspondence, materials, and activities, enhancing its impact.Manage administrative operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the program.Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of program-related training and events.Engage with students, faculty, and staff to foster partnerships and aid in outreach efforts to internal and external parties.Assist in the development and coordination of training sessions, informational materials, and special programs.Contribute to data collection, analysis, and presentation efforts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Generate comprehensive data reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Maintain the program's web presence and assist in creating promotional materials.Provide exemplary customer service and uphold high standards of efficiency in a dynamic environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.2-3 years of relevant experience working with people in some capacity, preferably in program coordination or a related position. Previous experience working with faculty, staff, and/or students in an educational setting.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Sensitivity to and responsiveness towards the needs of diverse student populations, especially international students.Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritization.Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other virtual platforms/applications such as Zoom, Google Forms, etc.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
