HR Coordinator

Our client, a healthcare technology company located in Danvers, MA, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team! This role is temporary for 4-6 months, onsite in Danvers MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, and is paying up to $33/hr, based on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!RESPONSIBILITIES Receive daily pre hire reports and update appropriate trackers with any new information with extreme accuracyCreate usernames within IT guidelinesSend IT equipment ticket requestSend IT credentials request report 2x weeklyPartner with recruiting team to confirm new hires have cleared due diligence activities by determined datePartner with training and events team to ensure upcoming commercial new hires are enrolled in commercial trainingConnect new hires with appropriate points of contact (IT, Training, Payroll, HR) as questions come up post orientationNotify key onboarding teams (IT, Events, HR, Training) of any new hire status and start date changesSupporting HR initiatives and projects as neededBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
