Our client, a law firm located in Boston is seeking an Office Services Coordinator. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $25/hr. depending on experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!Responsibilities:Perform a range of case related duties, including drafting email correspondence, letters and documentation to clients, government agencies, and colleaguesAssist with drafting and filing applications and petitions with government agenciesCompile and summarize large quantities of data for clients, managers, and reporting needsLearn about the various types of immigration mattersGather and maintain confidential client contact information in our proprietary case management systemProvide status updates to clients and senior level team membersRequest, collect, and file documents in proper orderBe responsible for accurately updating our case management system with client dataBuild knowledge of firm, immigration case types and client processesDepend on others for instruction, guidance, and directionMeet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisorDemonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree or Associate's degreeA client service mindset, attention to detail and desire to achieve a high level of productivityExperience using various computer systems, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demandsThe ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesire to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamworkBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
