Our client, a biotechnology company based in Boston is seeking a Logistics Program Coordinator to join their team. This role is based in Boston, work on Saturday and Sunday and Monday 4pm-8pm, requires a Bachelor's Degree, is temporary for 66 months, and pays up to $25/hour. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary contact for evening and weekend logistics and lab processes, promptly addressing issues.Manage day-to-day logistics, ensuring effective communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.Support large-scale testing programs through cross-functional collaborationCoordinate ongoing operational delivery with partners, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.Monitor sample status throughout the process, escalating issues as necessary.Troubleshoot common issues throughout the sample workflow from collection to result.Assist in special projects and tasks, addressing urgent concerns impacting operations.Review lab sample statuses, schedule couriers, and handle necessary adjustments.Assist in scheduling nationwide testing programs and related data entry.Interface with clients and vendors in a professional mannerContinually enhance the customer experience as part of a cross-functional team.REQUIREMENTS1+ year experience in operations, consulting, or client servicesProven track record of project ownership and results orientation in a team settingStrong analytical skills, with an ability to develop fact-based and informed opinionsInterest in public health or operations managementBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
