Established business is seeking office administrative staff. This 40-hour in office position will perform clerical and administrative work to support business operations.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Receive and respond to telephone and in-person inquiries on varied issues.
Create and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Prepare and maintain forms, reports, proposals and related correspondence.
Assist with payroll, employee time and job tracking.
Perform clerical duties including processing mail, filing, and photocopying documents.
Process invoices and payments.
Perform other related duties.
Minimum qualifications include
High school diploma with 2-3 years’ related office experience preferred.
Clerical skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Must be able to function effectively and efficiently in a multi-disciplined work environment.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in standard office computer applications including Word, Excel spreadsheet, and QuickBooks programs.
Ability to deal effectively with customers and co-workers
