Administrative Assistant in Real Estate / Property Management Office
PT or FT Hours: 20-40 Hrs, M-F, (b/t 8-6). Flexible Based On Your Availability.
We are a property management and real estate investment company in Malden with a stable 30+ years in our industry looking to bring some additional part-time (or full time) help into our office. Our small office handles all of the facets of the properties that we own, including apartments, condos, and 2 inns.
You will be a primary person handling daily administrative and project related items while answering the phone lines as well. The role requires multi-tasking and interfacing with our other team members who are both in and out of the office.
Responsibilities may include but aren't limited to: preparing leases, scheduling and tracking appointments, work orders, rent payments/collections, and ordering supplies. There are also components involved with the managing our 2 small hotel properties from our office (i.e. sometimes taking reservations and changing nightly rates through our software systems over the internet).
Within our small team accurate communication is paramount. You must be able to work independently, focus on details and follow through and up on many items each day quickly and concisely with our management.
