We're looking for a highly organized and reliable Receptionist/Office Administrative Assistant to join our busy auto body shop team! If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with basic accounting duties (experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus!).
- Maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
- General administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in an automotive office setting is a significant advantage, but not required.
Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
