Manager Accounting and Finance

We are MA based Staffing firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team and lead our accounting and finance function. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Management:

Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company policies.

Work with auditors and tax advisors during audits.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the finance team.

Work effectively with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with some experience in a managerial role preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks, ADP and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
