ISO a seasoned financial Account Manager to support our Design Team in the purchase of luxury goods for our discerning clientele. We are a nationally recognized, high-end residential design firm on Boston's North Shore, specializing in bespoke homes worldwide.
Our dream-hire is sharp with numbers, has common sense and a keen ability to grasp big-picture ideas. Accounting accuracy must be down to the penny, as the devil is in the details in this exclusive, high-end residential design world. Only experienced, professional and qualified prospects need apply.
Responsibilities include reconciliation of complex transactions, general accounting, and preparation/issuance of monthly billing. General human resource management and analysis/forecasting of budgets with the company’s founder & principal will also be required.
Essential Duties
-Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
-Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledgers, AP and AR.
-Payroll
-Bank statement and credit card reconciliations
-Monthly sales tax filings for multiple states
-Preparing 1099's for multiple businesses within company umbrella
-General human resource and office management tasks
-Coordinate annual tax filings and be the primary liaison with CPA firm
-Generate and maintain financial reports
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university; 3-5 years related experience
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent analytical and communication skills
