We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Organization Assistant to help us complete a short-term inventory and organization project at our electrical supply warehouse located in Baltimore, MD.
This is a part-time, on-site role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing warehouse inventory and product shelves
- Take photos of products and input details into ChatGPT for descriptions
- Enter product data into Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Help check product listings against our internal system (Odoo)
- Work with our team to ensure product descriptions, images, and warehouse locations are accurately documented
Requirements:
- Basic experience with warehouse work or inventory management is a plus
- Must be comfortable using ChatGPT and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to work on-site at our Baltimore, MD location
Job Details:
- Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 15–25 hours/week
