Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and results-driven part-time Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our door-to-door sales positions.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications
Present company overview and job details to potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective hiring process
Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets
Compensation:
$20/hour (part-time, 20 hours/week)
$250 commission for each new hire's first sale
Requirements:
1-2 years recruiting experience, preferably in sales or construction industry
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in ATS systems and Microsoft Office
Reliable internet connection and phone for remote work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook Jobs
Knowledge of door-to-door sales or construction industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
