Send notices to insurance companies and patients for request for payment
Supervise aspects of particular patient accounts, including billing and reimbursement
Assure quality and consistency of data by partnering with other operational teams Requirements - Strong communication and social skills
Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
Earlier work involving billing
Command of medical coding
Medicare Billing experience preferred
Experience with Insurance Billing
Practical knowledge of Post Payments
Foundational knowledge in medical collections
Prior experience with Medical Insurance Billing
Deep understanding of medical claims
Comprehension of HealthCare Billing
Good understanding of Billing Functions
Epic Hospital Billing experience highly desired
Previous experience working with Billing Collection
Hands-on experience with Medicaid Billing
Computerized Billing experience highly valued
General familiarity with Post Invoices
Adeptness in Epic Software
Background working with Insurance Payments
Solid understanding of medical billing
Demonstrated knowledge of Epic System
Medical Payment Poster experience highly preferred
Deep knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
Working knowledge of practice management software
Experience with high volume data entry
