Billing Specialist

Description:

Manage billing setup and management of matters, timekeepers and rates, coordinate/process appeals, maintain budgets and research balances as required.

Establish new clients on selected billing platforms.

Proactively monitor potential errors that may result in the rejection of bills.

Ability to handle a high volume of bills per month.

Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, preparation of electronic bills including expense backups and approvals). Process improvement of the e-billing functions.

Research and analyze deductions and provide best course of action for balances.

Skills:AR, Collections, SalesforceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

College coursework in Accounting, Finance or Business Information Systems preferred.

2-4 years relevant work experience.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Salesforce experience preferred
