Description We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in the medical industry, located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves supporting multiple executives, managing calendars, and providing general administrative support. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide support to multiple executives, ensuring efficient operations Manage heavy calendar activities for the executive team, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and rescheduled as needed Monitor foot traffic control, ensuring a professional and organized environment Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary items are available when required Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate records of expenditures Provide general administrative support as required, including responding to inquiries and managing correspondence Utilize various software, including Concur and MS Office Suite, for efficient operations Use the CRM for customer relationship management and the Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate recording of time Facilitate communication through Cisco Webex Meetings and manage correspondence through various platforms. Requirements Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing online meetings Experience in using Concur for travel and expense management Knowledge of CRM systems for maintaining client relationships Ability to use Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time for efficient time management Expertise in managing calendars and scheduling meetings Excellent communication skills for correspondence and conference calls Ability to handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of the executive Proficiency in MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
