Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland. As an Executive Assistant, you will be managing various administrative tasks, providing support to executives, and contributing to the efficient operation of our team.Responsibilities: Effectively manage multiple executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings and conference calls. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, demonstrating excellent MS Office skills. Collaborate with team members and handle administrative tasks to support the department. Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring all action items are addressed. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Use Concur for travel and expense management. Coordinate correspondence and communication with various stakeholders.Requirements Possess proficiency in Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time software. Proven skills in Calendar Management including scheduling and coordinating meetings. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective Correspondence. Experience in taking and transcribing Meeting Minutes accurately and efficiently. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work. Excellent problem-solving skills to handle any issues that arise. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Excellent organizational skills.
