What you will be doingDrive the presence and positioning of category expansion businesses (Flo by Moen, Nebia, Inly, etc.) and the Moen brand with national plumbing, water damage mitigation, and other non-traditional channels of tradeTarget, convert and project manage national accounts within the specified segmentsFacilitate national agreement contracts, pricing, supply chain, merchandising, and annual planning across all targeted accountsFacilitate Field Sales team communication to effectively and efficiently execute national programs in the fieldUse external lead software and internal CRM to prospect new luxury opportunities and bring internal awareness of progress with themDevelop and maintain productive relationships with various distributor partner SAM/NAM counterparts to increase annual salesUnderstand interdependencies between channel influencers/decision makers and work collaboratively with regions to drive share growth focused primarily on creating pull through the marketplace with top national targetsAttend thoughtfully selected industry events (trade shows, hotel brand events, networking events, speed dating events) and work with channel marketing and our team to ensure thorough follow through in efforts to increase sales and establish ROI post eventUtilize T&E and promotional budgets as well as internal resources to increase sales and return on investment with strategic account customersMaintain current and account administrative responsibilities including T&E and other metrics and reports
