As a Strategic Account Manager for our Moen brand, you will nurture growth and visibility for our category expansion business within national plumbing, water mitigation, and other non-traditional trade channels. This role is centered on building meaningful partnerships, collaborating across teams, and thoughtfully supporting customer success. And you’ll Make the Hard Call with empathy and care—balancing opportunity with responsibility and always centering people in your decisions.Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.What you will be doing:Support the growth and positioning of our category expansion business with national plumbing, water damage mitigation, and other non-traditional channel partners.Identify opportunities and thoughtfully guide national account relationships from initial conversations through long-term partnership planning.Collaborate to facilitate agreements, pricing structures, merchandising, and supply chain planning in a way that benefits all stakeholders.Coordinate with Field Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistent follow-through of programs at the local level.Use customer relationship tools and CRM systems to support outreach and maintain ongoing communication and visibility on key initiatives.Cultivate positive, trust-based relationships with distributor partners and account contacts to support mutual goals and long-term growth.Understand key decision-maker networks within each account and partner with internal teams to create thoughtful pull-through strategies.Represent the brand at selected events (e.g., trade shows, brand showcases, networking opportunities), ensuring follow-up and collaborative reflection to strengthen future engagement.Steward promotional and travel budgets responsibly to maximize impact for customer relationships.Maintain accurate reporting and administrative documentation with care and consistency.
