T.H.E Management Assistant Position
Part-Time Administrative Position: We are a Property Management Company seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Pulaski office. This position will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties for the company’s Executive Officer. The Administrative Assistant will assist the company's Managing Broker in business development efforts, as well as organizational duties around the office, along with administrative support.
JOB SUMMARY:
I. Administrative Assistant
a. Generating monthly mailers, updating the office calendar,
b. Scanning and filing documents, and
c. Assisting Managing Broker with clerical/administrative tasks
d. Answer Phones
e. Help Schedule Meetings
f. Attend Meetings
g. Type up Meeting Minutes
h. Find Vendors
i. Send emails to Association Boards
j. Receiving and entering checks & other payments
k. Miscellaneous projects: research contractors-Admin
II. Telephone Etiquette
a. Inbound/outbound customer service calls
b. Coordinating with vendors, utility companies and insurance companies
III. File Organization
a. Internal Filing
b. Computer Network Filing
Abilities required:
Position requires a creative thinker, self-motivated, task-oriented, who also enjoys learning and acquiring new skills. Prior experience with Microsoft Office required.
MUST be comfortable using Windows Computers! Minimum typing speed 40 WPM.
Not required, but Spanish speaking a definite plus !
Job Hours and Pay:
Monday through Friday
Minimum 25-32 hours a week (flexible),
Starting at $18.00/hr with a 90-day probation
