Phone Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Account Representative (Law Firm) – In Person (not a remote position) – Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Dynamic multistate Law Firm headquartered in Bannockburn Illinois is seeking part-time or full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Account Representative.
Job duties will include:
-Fielding a high-volume of phone calls (answering questions; transferring calls to senior account representatives and attorneys; reviewing voicemails; taking messages and ensuring follow-up)
-Organizing, scanning, coding inbound and outbound mail
-Data entry
-Various full-time and part-time shifts available (8:30AM-7:00PM M-F)
Skills needed for success:
-Comfort level with answering phone calls and directing calls to proper recipients in a high-paced environment;
-Ability to speak professionally to clients and adverse parties;
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
-Able to work in-person (not remote);
-Reliable and punctual
