We are a Boutique Firm in search of a candidate that is well organized and can handle workflow across numerous Projects and Initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a Google Shared Drive document that houses our main punchlist of activities.
Duties would require scheduling, emailing, texting, posting, filing and maintaining an organized environment.
Occasional errands are required whereby expenses and mileage would be reimbursed immediately.
