We are a small successful local business doing over $10M in revenue a year. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual for the position of Warehouse/Operations Manager. Oversee our shipping coordination, service, project installations, warehouse and service team. Bridge the gap between our project teams and service team.

Main Requirements:
-Highly responsible and motivated
-Positive can-do attitude!
-Must be very comfortable with computers, typing, email, Microsoft Office and technology.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be able to successfully communicate with laborers, mainland vendors, local businesses and high-end clients.
-Must be able to motivate and lead a team.
-Must be willing to work late and/or on weekends as needed in order to get the job done.
-Must be very organized, detail-oriented and flexible to accommodate constant changes.
