Over the last 5 years we have built a reputation for delicious loco comfort food with affordable prices and treating our guests as family.
Compensation: starting 52K, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Extensive background in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the FOH (Front of House)
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of leading cleanup efforts, delegating tasks, creating schedules, and working extended shifts if needed.
Open availability, as our managers play a crucial role in meeting the restaurant's needs and ensuring its smooth operation.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
Role Description/ Requirements but not limited to :
In Store Restaurant Manager:
Assist in managing front-of-house operations to ensure excellence in guest service.
Support training and development of front-of-house staff.
Solve in-store complaints, daily ongoing issues on site.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. (our business hour is daily 9am-12midnight)
Weekly Scheduling.
Marketing and Customer Service:
Work with the owner to develop new ongoing promotions.
Involve Social media account handling
Marketing knowledges are prefer.
Keep tract of all online order platforms, reply to comments online, handle phone/in store complaints
Admin:
Hiring and help Trainning new staffs
Create weekly schedules
Calculate payroll
Handle administrative tasks, book keeping, pay bills, maintain inventory levels
