Location: Kahoma Village, Lahaina
Duties:
-Receive and report violations of the Bylaws, declarations and/or house rules to the Managing Agent.
-Thorough weekly property inspections, including but not limited to monitoring parking violations and having vehicles towed as needed, enforcing house rules at time of infraction, notify authorities of potentially dangerous activities on property.
-Coordinate maintenance to include routine repair requests, facility upgrading or corrective maintenance.
-Coordinate any service or improvement programs; require quality and production standards for all work.
-Monitor contracted projects and ensure residents have been notified of the schedule and/or changes.
-Receive, investigate, and resolve or forward complaints and concerns by residents to Managing Agent.
-Evaluate the performance of the landscaper.
-Site Manager is also required to handle emergencies after hours, as necessary, as part of duties and submit incident reports to the Managing Agent.
Job requirements:
15-18 hours per week
2-3 days per week
On and off-site work required
Knowledge of excel spreadsheet data entry
Reliable transportation
Background check and drug test clearance
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour (depending on experience)
