Opportunity to manage one of Wailea, Maui’s premier properties! Kai Malu at Wailea is a 150 unit gated AOAO, with an office/Hale amenity area including a beautiful pool, fitness and dining area. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, personable and competent individual to lead our staff in successfully managing day-to-day operations of the development.

Must have a strong understanding of responsibilities including arranging and overseeing contract services while consistently meeting budgetary measures. Adept at direct interaction and timely correspondence with residents, Board of Directors, and managing agent.

Compensation & Benefits:

-$80-110,000 (salary commensurate with experience)

-Full-time in person (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)

Qualifications:

>3-5 years similar management experience

>CMCA & Pool certified

>Proficient in basic computer skills, spreadsheet management, emails

>Excellent customer service/vendor management skills

>Valid driver’s license

>Must be able to pass drug screening and background check

Job Responsibilities:

-Interact with residents, vendors and Board of Directors to ensure seamless function of the development

-Be familiar with and understand development property layout and infrastructure

-Ensure property grounds, Hale amenity area/pool and exterior buildings are maintained in pristine condition

-Exhibit a proactive approach to the fulfillment of daily tasks while maintaining fiscal responsibility

-Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff within the complex

- Maintain accurate records/reports as required

-Participate in regularly scheduled Board meetings and present issues/concerns from residents or contracted vendors with possible solutions for approval

-Implement directives from Managing agency and Board of Directors to facilitate timely solutions regarding concerns or emergent situations

-Enforce House Rules as necessary
