New Seafood Restaurant searching for culinary enthusiast to head new restaurant scheduled to open in November
As Head Chef it will be your primary responsibility to create consistent cuisine that exceeds the guests' expectations and to provide strong leadership while implementing and maintaining systems to achieve cost goals. You will be responsible for establishing standards for menu content, execution of menu content, and establishing and maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures great guest experience through consistent execution of all menus and recipes, training and accountability of the culinary team in execution.
Creates a positive work environment through hiring/training/ motivation of employees maximizing productivity and morale
Assists in developing labor budgets to support the business.
Guarantees state and company compliance, including safety & sanitation standards & purchasing programs .
Plan and create menu items as needed with support and feedback
Delivers on financial and food sanitation goals of the operation and overall business.
Required Skills

Proven track record of being organized, dependable and self-motivated.
Team builder and ability to successfully manage and develop a team.
Five (5) + years of culinary experience
