We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, and have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. We will primarliy focus on Italian food. There is huge potential for growth with us.

Duties:

- Plan and execute menus, taking into consideration dietary requirements and customer preferences

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and preparation techniques

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Collaborate with the bartending team to create food and beverage pairings

- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations

- Oversee the overall operation of the kitchen, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management

- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and plating

- Proficient in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in the food industry

- Certification or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
