Property Manager / Administrator

Located in Leesburg VA, we are a Residential and Commercial Property Management company. We are currently seeking an individual to perform administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all operations of Commercial and Residential properties

Provide full administrative support, including but not limited to answering phone calls and routing callers to the correct individual when necessary.

Entering invoices in the system and generating payments.

Manage the property work order system to ensure tenants’ service requests are responded to and taken care of professionally and promptly and maintaining information in the database on the status and repair of all items related to assigned properties

Exposure to rent collection processes, assist tenants with billing inquiries, reconcile tenant accounts, prepare late and/or default letters if needed, review recurring charges etc.

Manage and supervise third party vendors and Contractors.

Coordinating regular general site inspections as well as annual unit-by-unit inspections and generating Move in Move out Reports.

Enforcing Lease and associations' rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

A High School or Bachelor's Degree.

Excellent computer knowledge (Excel, Word) and be able to quickly learn other programs

Ability to provide superior internal and external customer service.

Strong diplomacy and crisis diffusion skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to juggle multiple projects with Extreme accuracy.

Coordinate, manage and Communicate Efficiently and Effectively.

Professional presence and appearance.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Prior Property Management experience is a plus

Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportationwe are NOT metro accessible.

Bilingual abilities(English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation / Benefits:

$18 to $23 per hour based on prior experience.

Medical and Dental Insurance.

Paid Federal Holidays.

Two week paid vacation.
