Terra Constructs is seeking a Personal Assistant, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. The assistant will assist the CEO with a variety of business and personal needs.
This position is part-time, non-exempt, approximately 20-30 hours a week.
Duties:
Manage confidential information
Manage travel plans and scheduling
Drive as needed both in Northern Virginia and when traveling
Coordinate household needs
Support various personal business needs upon request
Ensure the routine maintenance of homes and vehicles
Keep the principal updated on progress of projects
Pick up or delivers a variety of items.
Acquires daily care items and office supplies.
May assist in coordination and schedules special events, parties, or meetings as assigned.
Develops and maintains service relationships.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
Active listening and good communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask
Strong time-management and organization skills
Education and Experience:
Driver’s license, clean driving, criminal and financial background.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to spend significant time driving.
Must be able to perform in all types of weather.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
