We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our painting company and play

a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. As an Administrative

Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team

members, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of tasks

and information within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and vendors with

professionalism and efficiency.

 Assist with scheduling appointments and estimates.

 Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, budgets, and

materials.

 Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow.

Requirements:

 Previous experience in an administrative role.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 Enthusiasm for the painting industry and a willingness to learn.
