Job Duties:
+Oversight of site and roving employees
+Direct management of properties without site staff
+Budget creation
+Responding to emergencies
+Showing properties (occasionally)
+Approving invoices
+Oversight of capital projects
+Reporting and interaction with property owners
+Traveling to properties as far North as Boulder and as far South as Colorado Springs
