Serving the Bay Area, from the South Bay to San Francisco, and including the East Bay and Livermore areas, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving market.

We are renowned for our reliable and top-quality janitorial services, serving a diverse clientele including commercial and industrial businesses, medical offices, private schools, retail stores, offices, and laboratories. Our long-standing reputation for excellence has established us as a leading name in the Bay Area.

Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding our client base and overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients across our extensive service area to generate new business opportunities.

Follow up on new customer inquiries and leads.

Conduct sales activities including initial meetings, facility measurements, proposal generation, and deal closure.

Attend appointments, prepare proposals, and maintain communication with key decision-makers.

Manage contract negotiations and close sales effectively.

We are looking for someone who can close 5 accounts a month!

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience working cross-functionally within an organization.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
