Dynamis Roofing and Solar company is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative
to join our team. This position involves learning about residential and commercial client
needs and wants and then educating them about their roofing, solar, and battery
options. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales in solar and/or
roofing, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainable and efficient
building practices. The overall goal is to engage with customers to drive business

Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach:
● Generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
● Respond to internal and external leads promptly
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in roofing,
solar & batteries
Client Consultation:
● Engage with clients to understand their roofing, solar & battery needs
● Provide knowledgeable and consultative advice on roofing, solar & battery
solutions.

● Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
● Generate estimates using spread-sheet bidding tool
● Site visits are frequently required
Proposal Development:
● Prepare and present detailed proposals for roofing, solar & battery
projects
● Work closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive
pricing
Contract Negotiation:
● Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure
agreements
● Collaborate with the leadership and operations teams to finalize contracts
Relationship Building:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors,
coworkers, and industry stakeholders
● Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client
base.
Product Knowledge:
● Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and products in
roofing, solar & batteries
● Provide consultations to clients on the benefits of roofing, and solar
solutions
Sales Reporting:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client
interactions
● Generate regular reports for management on sales performance and
forecasts.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry, roofing experience is
a bonus
● Strong understanding of solar technologies and products, roofing is a bonus
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (Google Suite)
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Compensation:
Starting Sales Professionals typically work as 1099, commission only. Draw on commission is
available for the first 3 months, as agreed upon.
Open to salary plus commission for the right person and/or roles and responsibilities.
After the first year, there is the possibility of a base salary, plus commission. This position will
include benefits such as bonuses, medical, sick time, retirement, and more.
