Senior Sales Manager

Position Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the company’s sales efforts, overseeing both inside and outside sales. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships in the food packaging and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, market expansion, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor inside and outside sales teams, setting goals and performance metrics.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the food packaging and manufacturing sectors.
Manage key accounts and ensure strong customer relationships.
Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Stay informed on industry trends and represent the company at trade shows and events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role in food packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams, entering new markets, and driving revenue growth.
Strong B2B sales expertise, CRM proficiency, and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (DOE)
