Seeking a Licensed Leasing Agent for Luxury Property Management Brokerage

Role Title: Leasing Agent (DRE License required)

Location: In-Person Office in Kentfield

Full Time

Employment Status: Salaried Employee+ Bonuses

Benefits + Generous PTO for full time employees

Pay: $60k base salary + BONUSES ($100 - $500/month) and Quarterly Profit Share ($1k - $3k/year, depends on performance) and a $1,000 SIGNING BONUS!

Total Year 1 Comp:

= $63,200 - $70,000 + Benefits!

SCHEDULE: Tuesday - Saturday, exact hours can be somewhat flexible (3-4 hrs on the weekend is required, can be Sat or Sun)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

A key support role within the property management team and a public-facing member of our company!

This Leasing Agent role functions in a marketing role on the team driving results in leasing: quickly responding to leads, coordinating & showing properties, prepping marketing, keeping clients updated through weekly reports, running errands, picking up keys, coordinating lockboxes, opening doors for vendors, photographers, agents and others; shooting video walk through tours for youtube, performing well visits for our propertiesand so much more!

You'll also be helping with the resident "move-in" process by performing 1-3 detailed property inspections each week (2 -4 hours in length: we work with large, detailed houses).

This is a very hands-on role, with a lot of time spent in the field showing properties, inspecting homes or running errands.

Advancement opportunities include promotion to Property Manager or Business Development Manager ($100k), or other sales or leadership roles depending on your strengths and personal goals…PLUS learning how to be a profitable real estate investor!

Applicants with prior property management or related real estate leasing experience are preferred.

You MUST already have an active real estate license to legally perform this role. (Non-licensed applicants will not be considered, sorry!)

Our casual, dog-friendly office is based in Kentfield, CA, about 15 minutes over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. (We would be a cat-friendly office too if we couldbut you knowcats and all.) Exact schedule has some flexibility, but plan to be in the office in Marin 4 days a week minimum.

We are a technology dependent, virtually paperless office.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

Coordinating Leads & Showing properties as a licensed Leasing Agent

Marketing admin: ads, client update reports, photo management, video walk throughs, MLS listings etc

Performing Move-In Inspections with our digital software (lots of photographs and note taking, 2-4 hours each, 1-3 a week)

Running Errands for Properties in Marin and SF once in a while (lots of driving!)

Light Physical Tasks (like changing light bulbs, testing batteries in a smoke detector, replacing filters etc)

Providing Tech-Based Process/Admin Team Support (zooms, virtual checklists and process management)

Assist the PM Team with completing action items on designated checklists for on-boarding new tenants and turning over properties.

Documenting everything in writing and in our software!

Additional Duties:

Working in tandem with the PM Team daily within our virtual checklist system ensuring team processes are documented and up-to-date

Assisting with annual, recurring team projects as assigned

Assisting with special projects as assigned

Exercise care and discretion for sensitive client and/or employee info.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Show up on time, on camera for daily or weekly virtual ZOOM team meetings, as scheduled

Assist other team members in projects, as needed.

Help cover other team members listings as needed during sick/vacation/PTO or workload management.

Other items and tasks as needed to support our mission and long term outcome.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

DRE License is REQUIRED

Minimum 1 yr Previous Experience in Property Management or Leasing

Tech fluent

Reliable car + insurance

Able to work with minimal supervision

Comfortable in zoom meetings

Mobile phone

Able to perform Light Physical Tasks

Must be able to work a predetermined amount of dedicated hours per week

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

This role DOES require a real estate license

This role DOES require prior property management or real estate experience

COMPENSATION:

$60k Base Salary + Monthly BONUSES ($100 - $500+/month) and Company Profit Share ($1,000- $3,000 per year +/-) + $1,000 Signing Bonus

Total Year 1 Comp:

= $63,200 - $70,000 + Benefits!

PLUS for Full Time 30 hr/week+ Employees:

Total Annual Paid Time Off = 39 days (7.8 weeks) + Bonus Two Week “Sabbatical” option every other year
