- Support company operations by maintaining office systems

- Managed a payroll company; Quickbooks Online and ability to understand any 3rd party operations software is required

- Ability to communicate to customers that have overdue invoices

- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement; Inventory

- Implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.

- Help daily keeping the office and warehouse organized and clean.

- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Onboarding new employees

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Able to create marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator or similar

- Experience with Powerpoint and/or Google Slides

- Able to lift 50lbs

- Attend coffee tasting events with the team at companies in the bay area

This is an hourly position; 20-30 hours per week, flexible schedule, $25-$35hr depending on experience.
